I am a Counselling Psychologist working in the Durban North area. I have a background in short-term remedial schooling, having worked as an in-house Psychologist. I am currently in full-time private practice and work from a variety of perspectives including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy including Gestalt Play therapy and Art therapy techniques. I work with both individuals and groups.

My interest areas in child therapy include; attention difficulties, Anxiety/Depression, learning difficulties, problems at school, social skills development including Asperger Syndrome, self-esteem, parenting, family change, grief and more. I also offer workshops to assist educators dealing with emotional difficulties in their learners in the classroom. School readiness, scholastic and psycho-educational assessments are offered.

Careers and career fulfillment is an interesting area that I enjoy working in. Since we spend such a large amount of our lives at work I feel that using one's talents and considering one's natural potential in choosing one's occupation is essential. I work with people seeking career change or learners needing assistance with subject choice and career direction. Career assessments are offered.
