I am a Counselling Psychologist with a private practice in Glenwood, Durban.
Wellness is a lifestyle choice. You do the best you can with what you have, but at times life can be overwhelming. I have found that the supportive space which psychotherapy provides may then assist towards a more fulfilling, 'well' life.
At my practice, I endeavor to offer psychotherapy tailored to your needs, to assist you to work through your problems and move towards personal growth and fulfillment. Empathic understanding and the belief that you are the person who knows the most about your own experience, are central to the way in which I work.
I will be honoured to embark on the very personal journey of psychotherapy with you. Your thoughts and feelings will be explored non-judgmentally, within a safe space of acceptance. This journey, although sometimes painful and difficult, will be an important and courageous step towards wellness.
