My approach in assisting individuals and couples with counselling is to create an environment of safety and to build a relationship of trust so that change, adjustment and achievement can take place.

I use various tools to guide internal change, so that adjustments can be achieved and maintained long term. My style and focus is transformative and results driven.

My main focus of interest is with a person or a couple that have reached a stale-mate position in their life and/or their relationship, or of ONE aspect of their relationship, a feeling of being stuck and a sense of frustration is usually present.

I specialize in individual counselling with men and women, and their relationship with themselves. For each person the goal will be different.

I specialize in straight and gay couple counselling. I assist couples to deal with all the different aspects of being in a healthier, supportive and connected relationship with each other.

I use various methodologies which include Analytical Jungian Based Counselling and Dream Work Analysis as well as Narrative and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
