I am a holistically orientated person, with an understanding that the mind, emotions, body and soul are intimately connected, so that  each affects the other. When one gets out of balance,  it throws the whole system out of balance.  Getting to the root of the imbalance, and healing it,  is what interests me.

 Intense emotional experiences that are not dealt with create problems on all levels. Our unprocessed past continues to affect us, affecting our feelings, behaviour, relationships, success  and health. Letting go of the past is important for a healthy future. I  use tools such as breathwork, EMDR, eye movement technology and hypnosis to facilitate that process. Any of these are only used when the client is ready and willing. I also do straight counseling; I especially enjoy working with   relationships of all kinds.

I have a personal interest in astrology, and am qualified  therein.
