I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and have been in private practice for over 20 years. My aim is to provide my clients with a safe, non judgmental space in which they can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours relating to their unique life stress i.e events or experiences that produce severe strain, such as failure on the job, marital separation, and loss of a loved person.

Throughout my rich professional career I have been privileged to help many clients to break free from old patterns of thoughts and behaviours. I offer both "the tools for change" and the possibility to develop new opportunities for finding ones own unique personal meaning in daily living whilst also striving to achieve ones highest potential.

My areas of interest are:

1. Individual Psychotherapies for anxiety, trauma and debriefing, stress, pain management and depression.

2. Hypnotherapy for post traumatic stress, addictive behaviours(alcohol, drugs , sex, gambling and food), boosting self confidence and motivation, improving academic and sporting performances.

3. Logotherapy – I am particularly interested in helping clients find meaning at Midlife and beyond. I believe that the deepest quest in all our lives is for meaning – We are all here for a purpose and this search for our uniqueness/meaning is the theme of Logotherapy.
