Orientation and approach

I use both psychodynamic (insight-oriented) and structured (cognitive-behaviour therapy) modalities to guide therapeutic work with my clients. I believe that therapy is an important journey, upon which both client and therapist embark. For this reason, I believe in thorough assessment, forming a strong working alliance with my clients, and adjusting therapeutic input to meet client needs.
