I am a clinical psychologist working from Westville and Ballito, KZN. I aim to provide a therapeutic platform where client and therapist can build a professional, yet intimate and safe relationship to aid clients in reaching their full potential, or to cope better with the “curve balls” that life throws us. The aim is to increase awareness about self and others, to enable free choices of thought, feeling and action and to increase a sense of well-being. On the whole, therapy provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for my clients to talk about their life, feelings, thoughts and worries and to gain perspective and insight into the necessary adjustments to lifestyle that are required for happier and more satisfying living.

Keeping with the above as the focus of our work, I work mainly from an insight-oriented approach, but allow the unique needs of my clients to guide the process. My special interests are marital / couples therapy – providing assistance with ‘stuck’ conflicts, communication problems, sexual intimacy problems and abuse. Aside from couples, I also work extensively with individual adults and adolescents in the areas of:
