I am a registered Counselling Psychologist in private practice at the Kloof Family Health Centre in KwaZulu Natal. I offer psychotherapy and psychological assessments to adults, adolescents and children facing a wide range of difficulties and challenges. These include anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, bereavement, relationship & marriage difficulties, ADHD and behavioural problems in children. I furthermore work with individuals who want to achieve greater emotional and personal growth, or gain deeper self insight and awareness.

Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, in that I use a variety of concepts and techniques from various theoretical modalities. These theoretical frameworks include, but are not limited to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic and Play therapy. The therapeutic approach I use is dependent on the client’s needs, preferences and personality.
