I have completed my PhD focusing on Pre-marital communications training: a one year follow-up. Due to the success and popularity, the training has been converted into workshops open to all couples (married, co-habiting, dating, all religious and both heterosexual and homosexual relationships).

Trauma counselling is vitally important after experiencing a traumatic event to minimise further negative impact on your life.
